Cyril Holm

Cyril Holm is Doctor of Laws at Uppsala University. He received his doctoral degree in 2015 after having defended his dissertation F. A. Hayek’s Critique of Legislation, and has written a review article of a new Swedish edition of Hayek’s The Constitution of Liberty in the journal Respons that same year. His main research interest is the study of legislation. In spring 2015, Holm is seeking funding for a research project on Uppsala philosopher Ingemar Hedenius. During the academic year 2019-2020, Cyril Holm will be visiting the Institute for European and Comparative Law, Oxford University.
